But he says there must be a division between possible technical mistakes, as he said in the end, mistakes are human, although they are sometimes not good.
“There are justice system processes and we are open to all investigations that will be conducted. It is important to reiterate that there is no amnesty for any perpetrators, for anyone who has manipulated during the investigation or counting, and let the investigation go to the end. We are there to cooperate with those who will conduct the investigation so the truth can be cleared up and justice established, because the vote is sacred. On the other hand, you know there are also the disciplinary commission in LV and it's the statute's commission; it's one of four statuteary commissions coming out of the General Council, and that are not the organs of leadership or chairman, but are the highest body, which is the General Council. When we have full data, we will see if there is material for them as well, but for now we cannot say”, he said. Kurti noted that vote manipulation has focused on several municipalities. “But apparently, there are some more concentrated municipalities these manipulations and we have to divide between possible technical errors, which are ultimately human and why they are never good, and deliberate manipulations, even organised by more than one person for manipulation”, he said.
