Erion Veliaj makes criminal statement, claims he was falsified in a judicial document

Confrontation is linked to a court statement administered in the Special Court of Appeals for Corruption and Organised Crime file, in which it provides a signature on behalf of Erion Veliaj, as if he had personally learned of a judicial decision.

According to the criminal statement, this signature is not his signature, while official verifications show that Apel's decision has never arrived at the Durres Criminal Location Execution Institution, where Veliaj is detained.

This fact is officially confirmed with a letter from I.E.V.P. Durres.
