(6 months ago)The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) in co-operation with the Kosovo Police Economic Crimes has arrested two people at the regional cleaning public company “Ecorporate” in Prizren. The case prosecutor, Halim Borovci, said the action has to do with research conducted by “Justice bet” concerning the tender of approximately 400 thousand euros [...]
The case prosecutor, Halim Borovci, said the action has to do with research conducted by “Justice Trust” concerning the tender of nearly 400 thousand euros for the purchase of 5 trucks and an autoftet.
Borovci has also confirmed that in addition to raids on Ekoregjion's offices, chief chief Burim Shala's home has been raided.
The criminal acts for which action is under way are “Use of official duty or authority” and “Public procurement option”.
