With 1500 locations counted, the recount process in 22 municipalities has been completed.
The “in the Counting and Results Centre is continuing to tally the balloting list for which the CEC has made a decision to recount. From the beginning of this process (c. Tuesday, January 13th, 2026, 18:00) and so far (Saturday, January 24, 2026, 1600) have been recounted over 58% or 1,500 of the 2,557 seats”, the CEC reports. /Periscopi/
