So they confirmed Periscop's sources where D. J. is no longer official in the institution that organises elections.
Periscop has learned that the resignation has been submitted, and for that, he has notified other officials at the Centre for Counting and Results and the Central Election Commission.
The causes of this resignation are unknown, but it is found that the official in question was engaged in the CEC just a year ago.
