Berisha warns following gatherings: A Protest for Citizens

The leader of Albania's Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has declared that the opposition will continue in protests, naming the political situation as the last <x0-cyclometer” and thanking citizens for their participation and response.

In a statement to the media, Berisha stressed that the protests have no personal or party character, but are, according to him, an expression of the civic conscience. He called on all citizens to join, arguing that the funds allegedly stolen affect everyone's interests, especially of new generations.

I have a call for every citizen, once again, it's not a protest for either person or party, it's a civil conscience protest. When we say it's been stolen hundreds of millions of euros are not just the children of those oppositions who protest, but the children of all.
