In this case, the Council of Ministers faces SPS representatives, prosecutors Dritan Prenci and Dorina Beyko. Moreover, the presidency and the Assembly have sent their representatives as interested parties.
Meanwhile, the JKKO has refused participation, arguing that such participation would harm the principle of division of powers.
