In an official statement, the American authorities stressed that the position beyond the “accession package” defined in the I-94 form could have serious legal consequences, including lifting the visa, possible deportation, as well as difficulty or inability to apply for visas in the future.
“Respect the terms of your American visa and the allowed period of stay in the United States. Standing beyond the date set on the I-94 form could have serious consequences, including lifting the visa, possible deportation and unable to obtain visas in the future”, the US Embassy's announcement in Tirana said.
According to the Embassy, overcoming residence deadlines can permanently affect the possibility of traveling, studying, or working in the United States.
