Suspects are being investigated mainly for criminal work “Falsification of the results of the vote”, while one person has been treated for “Canning”, alleged acts committed between 29.12.2025 and 02.01.2026.
The event was carried out in 23,01.2026, by the Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption (DHKEK), the Regional Unit in Prizren, respectively, with the assisting of other police units, on the basis of authorisation of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren.
According to the data, in the framework of the “Manipulation” are engaged 103 investigators, 25 uniformed police officials and 6 NJSO operators, while 108 mobile phones have been seized as evidence.
After interviewing in the presence of lawyers, with the decision of the competent prosecutor, suspects have been detained for 48 hours, while investigations are under way and other actions are expected.
