According to the trial, Red along with two other persons had brought about 14kg of cocaine to Finland during the 1920,2025 ' s, of which 9.5kg of cocaine ended up in the market for distribution.
Red engaged in securing apartments for the criminal group in various Helsinki areas, as well as finding clients and collecting money from the drug trade. Although named one of the main authors, the court stressed that his role was smaller compared to the other two, reports “Italian. fi”.
Lulzim Gerjaliu (34) and Ergi Tusha (34), who acted in part from outside Finland and organized traffic, were sentenced to 10 years and 2 months in prison each.
The prosecution sought the most severe sentences, arguing it was about a structured criminal group, but the court estimated the level of organisation was low.
Because of co-operation during the preliminary investigation, three convicts were reduced to sentences. Without these landings, Red would face over 10 years in prison and Gerjaliu and Tusha for over 11 years.
