The club expects to receive final approval in the next few hours to hold the La Ligas match against Valencia on 14 September at the renovated stadium.
The last step that remains is to issue the Certificate for Advanced Works (CFO), which will enable the club to start selling tickets.
Barcelona is convinced it will receive the green light as far away as Wednesday. If an unexpected delay occurs, the return will be delayed in a week, in the match against Getafes on September 21st.

Returning to quemp Nouʹ will occur gradually, with a limited capacity initially. In the first phase, there will be 27,000 fans in the main stand, and in the tribune behind the southern gate.
The second phase will increase the side stand, increasing the capacity to 45,000 by the end of October.
Then, in the third phase, the northern tribunes will open, bringing the total number of spectators to 60,000 by the end of November.
The second major phase of the project will include the construction of the third tribun ring, the addition of VIP areas and the establishment of a new roof.
After the completion of the works, the Spotificing Camp Nouʹ will have a capacity of 105,000, making the stadium the largest in Europe.
Apart from any recent-minute setbacks, the September 14th match against Vallencias is expected to mark the historic reopening of APUamp Nouʹ.
