According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the player travels with his agent and the agreement with Liverpool has been fully reached. News of the completion of the transfer was made known yesterday.
The transfer fee reportedly is 35m euros, with Parma receiving 10% from each of the players' future sales.
Last season, Leon played 17 matches and scored a goal for Parma.
