The indictment has been filed by Miguel Angel Galan, president of the Association for Transparency and Democracy in Sport, who claims Tebas has committed five very serious violations by publicising without a conscious authorization, including revenues from VIP boxes and Barcelona internal operations.
The request has already been officially submitted to the CSD, which can refer the case to the Sports Administratorial Tributal (TAD), reports Telegraph, broadcast Periscope
If the case escalates to TAD, Tebas risks disciplinary procedures that can range from a formal sanction to disqualified from his post.
This is not the first time that the leader of La League faces disciplinary measures. In 2024 he received a public rebuke from TAD after a procedural controversy.
