Athletico is very interested in Barcelona's 30-million player

Names like Marc-Andree ter Stegen and Andreas Christensen are considered the top candidates to leave, but currently none are expected to leave. Instead, other options have appeared and one of them is Marc Casado.

Barcelona estimates Casado by 30m euros and is believed to have allowed the club the register of Garcias, Szczesny and Rasford in La League. Several Premier League clubs have been linked to the player, while according to sport, even Atletico Madrid is interested in signing with 21-year-old defence midfielder.

Diego Simeone is a great fan of Casado and after the departure of Rodrigo De Paul to Inter Miami, there is a possibility that Atletico will bring another central midfielder, since earlier this summer they signed with Johnny Cardoso from Real Batis.

The topic of Casado's possible departure has caused much debate within Barcelona, with divided opinions. His sale would undoubtedly help the club alleviate financial problems, but also lose a player who could be part of the team for more than a decade.
