The 27-year-old Briton, currently heavyweight champion in the IBF version, will face Usyk in Wembley, in a confrontation aimed at declaring the undisputed champion of this category.
This will be their second confrontation, after Usik won his first duel in 2023 in Warsaw, with technical knockout in the ninth round, maintaining his unified titles.
Before the long - awaited challenge, Ussick appeared relaxed and calm, even arriving at Wembley around 7:00 to follow some of his friends who competed in the preliminary duels.

At around 20:15 local time, rumours began to circulate about a possible withdrawal or any last minute problems, while traffic in London reported jams.
On social networks, fans began commenting on the situation ironically:

“Only Dubois would appear so late, while Usik is already almost as if awaiting the birth of the child,” commented on another.

Fortunately, shortly before 20:20, Dubois finally arrived in Wimbledon, quiet and concentrated, accompanied by his sister Caroline.
This seems to have brought a sigh of relief to all present.
Meanwhile, during the expected arrival of Dubois, Usik could be seen sitting in the dressing room reading a book relaxed and prepared for the main challenge of the evening.
