Ansu Fate has completed the transfer to Monaco from Barcelona as a loan. The agreement includes an option to make the transfer permanent at the end of the season.
Fate comes to Monaco with a view to restoring careers on the right track, following injuries that have limited game time in recent seasons.
He arrived in southern France on Thursday and passed the medical test with the club from Principata on Friday, ahead of formalising the expected transfer, reports Telegraph, broadcast Periscope.
This transfer comes after weeks of intense discussions between Monaco and Barcelona on the modalities of the agreement.

Eventually, Fate joins the club in borrowing with options to buy it permanently.
According to L'Equipe, the purchase option is estimated at 11m euros, while the Catalan club will also contribute half its salary.
It is the third purchase in the Monaco transfer window, behind English Eric Dier and Paul Pogba, who both came as free transfers. /Periscope
