In an atmosphere fraught with sadness and pain, mortar ceremony was held today for football player Diogo Yota and his brother, Andre Sylven, who suffered a tragic loss of life days earlier.
The ceremony took place amid a wide turnout of family, friends and the sports community.
Among those present were Liverpool's new coach, Arne Slot, as well as many current associates of its former player, who had come to honour his memory.
Liverpool's captain, Virgil van Dijk, was present, as were Joe Gomez and Alexis MacAllister, but his former player, Fabinho. /Periscope/
