Even though his form at Premier League has been unstable, in Madrid they continue to view Fernandez as one of the rare midfielders who can control the game from the center of the field.
According to journalist Simon Philips on his platform Talk ChelseaReal Madrid is continuing to send signals to Chelsea's interest in Fernandez. However, his source explains that contact at the London club only responds with names showing bags of money, implying that the price is too high.
Chelsea has no plans to sell the 24-year-old, and would not consider any offer unless Real Madrid makes an extraordinary financial proposal. Current transfer record of “Los Blancos” is Jude Bellingham, with the deal that could reach up to 135m euros if all bonuses are met, but for Enzo Fernandez, Real Madrid would also have to exceed this figure to convince Chelsea to change attitude.
