Milan is said to have reached an agreement with Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Granit Jaka for a three-year contract.

According to Calciomercato.com, the experienced midfielder has agreed to sign a three-year contract.

Granit Jaka said: “One Jaka is leaving but the other one will be here soon. ”

Rossoners now must negotiate with Bayer Leverkusen, who have already lost Florian Wirtz and Jeremie Frimpong of Liverpool and Jonathan Tah at Bayern Munich, reports Telegraph, broadcast Periscope.
