It's about Paul Ince, who was arrested because he was driving a drunk car.
He had also had an accident because of this, where a central road reservoir had been hit.
Cheshire police said 57-year-old has been released on bail to appear at the Magic Court in Chester 18 July.
Ince is known for his football career in which he played for large teams like Manchester United, Inter and Liverpool.
He is also the first colored player to have the captain's bottle in England's national, which he achieved in 1993. /Periscope/
