Liverpool seems to be taking the transfer seriously, but has stopped because of the parallel interest in Florian Wirtz by Bayer Leverkusen, reports Telegraph, broadcast Periscope.
If they can close the Wirtz deal in the coming days, then they are expected to turn their attention to Kerquez.
