The match will take place on Saturday, June 7th, and is expected with great interest from red fans.
To establish justice in this duel will be Italian Judge Davide Massa, who has a single precedent with the Albanian National. He has arbitrated the friendly Albania/Georgia on 16 November 2015, which ended with the score of 2502 at the “Qemal Stafa” stadium in Tirana.
At this meeting, Massa will be accompanied by his countrymen: Philippo Meli and Ciro Carbone as assistant, Fabio Maresca as fourth judge, Alejandro Di Paolo at VAR and Daniele Dover at AVAR.
This match is third for Albania under these qualifications. The Reds were defeated in the first match against England, but they recovered with a victory over Andorra.
Meanwhile, for Serbia this will be the first match in this preliminary campaign, which makes it even more unpredictable to face “Air Albania”.
Albanian fans are enthusiastically expecting a positive result that could be crucial to the national performance towards the World 2026.
