Kurti, by means of a status published an hour before holding the 38th session in a row, said the Assembly's constitutionalisation is the duty of all MPs and not only of the first subject”.

The Constitutional Court's ruling clearly emphasizes that the obligation to constitutionalise the Assembly is the duty of all MPs, and not only of the first subject. As chairman of Movement V I am now addressing all leaders of subjects represented in the ninth legislature, with the invitation for a joint meeting Saturday ( tomorrow) at 4: 00 p.m., in a follow - up effort of the Convention Constitution consensus.
