Atalanta joins Edon Zegrova's race for services

Edon Zegrov has drawn much interest from the clubs of Serie A, following confirmation of his desire to leave Leelle this summer, and according to the latest news of Merkatos, Atalanta has joined Naples in the competition for his firm. After a season perhaps the hardest in his career, the star [...]
After a season perhaps more difficult in his career, the 26-year-old Kosovo star has announced that he will leave Lil after three years of stay in the club. He will not renew the contract with the French team, which is due to expire next summer anyway.
Zegrov has faced a constant damage to the educational muscles, which has limited him to only 12 presentations at the League 1 last season. His last match at the championship was on December 14th, making the split from Leell appear to be a sad conclusion to a chapter that had begun promising.
With physical shape uncertain, the contract towards completion and great interest from European clubs, Zegrov is ready for a new chapter. Although with a history of injuries, it is estimated about $30 million because of its earlier importance to Leele and previously Basel in Switzerland.
Italian clubs, more than others, often show confidence in physically troubled players, and Atalanta is the last to enter the race seriously to move it.
Atalanta's new coach, Ivan Juric, has started shaping the team according to his vision, bringing names like Odilon Kossounou, Lazar Samardzic and Marco Brescini. But with several assailants struggling with evacuations including Ademiola Lookman, linked to Naples club is working in the background to bring new options into the attack.
Zegrov agrees with Atalanta's transfer philosophy: players at reasonable price, but with high potential to influence one of Europe's most offensive departments. Leelle can be persuaded to sell for a low price, quickly.
On the other hand, Naples remains another serious club in the race. They've been following Jedrov before this summer, and a chance to transfer it for a convenient price can be very tempting to refuse it.
Leelle wants to compensate at least part of the $5.8 million he paid for the transfer of Marius Broholm, which is seen as another clear signal that Zegrov will leave.
Meanwhile, according to international bets, Atalanta remains a serious contender for the upcoming Serie A title, despite Gian Piero Gasperini's departure after nine years at the team's helm. /Periscope/
