Meanwhile, international pressure has increased over Israel due to its new military offensive in Gaza, which has left hundreds dead in recent days alone.
The leaders of Canada, France and the United Kingdom threaten to take <x0-> concrete action against Israel unless it ends its renewed offensive in Gaza, while 22 countries ask Israel to allow relief entry into the besieged enclave, writes A2 CNN.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu rejects the calls and promises to continue offensive, which includes plans for Israel to take control of Gaza.
Since March 2nd, the introduction of food, fuel or drugs in Gaza has not been allowed, a situation that the UN previously described as a catastrophic “catastrophic impact” for the Palestinian population.
Israel's Gaza war has killed at least 53,475 Palestinians and injured 121,398 others, according to the Gaza Ministry of Health. The Government Media Office updated the death toll to more than 61700, saying that thousands of people extinct under the rubble were supposed to be dead.
About 1,169 people were killed in Israel during the Hamas - led attacks on October 7, 2023, and more than 200 were taken captive.
