Very strict security measures for Albania's match with Serbia

The Albania match Serbia estimates high risk, and for this reason authorities have planned extraordinary security measures to ensure a quiet and incident-free sports evening, the newspaper “Panorama Sport” reported on Wednesday.

The duel between Albania and Serbia is played 7 June at the National Arena in Tirana and belongs to the qualifications for the World 2026.

Modern security systems, including facial recognition cameras and additional mobile cameras, are being installed in the stadium, which will monitor any movement in the tribonne and around the stadium in real time.

“This technology will help to identify potentially problematic persons” immediately, writes “Panorama Sport”.

Police have reportedly prepared a detailed control plan, including the verification of tickets and identification documents of every person entering the stadium. Fans would be barred from entering with rain umbrellas, bottles, bags larger than A4, metal objects, or anything else that could cause danger.

To prevent any possible danger, all roads leading to the stadium will be completely blocked, while the surrounding area will be protected by antidronic equipment to avoid possible external intervention. Also, in the stadium there will be high presence of police forces and anti-terror units”, writes the tyrannical newspaper.

Albania and Serbia have faced qualifications for “2016”. The Belgrade match, on October 14, 2014, was interrupted after hooligans and Serbian players attacked Albania's players. That match at the end was recorded with Albania's score of 3:0.

On October 8, 2015, in Elbasan, Serbia had won 2.0 against Albania. The match had been held in very strict security measures, and it is unlikely that the average red lady fights are. The atmosphere, because of the masses, was very pale, and it had an impact on green appearance.
