According to the indictment, N.B., in the quality of the company's authorised director and agent “Tehno Invest” The S.P.K., in co-operation with other people, for more than a decade allegedly acquired illegal property through co-ordinated anti-legal actions, causing heavy material damage to the company “Tehnopolis” and its shareholder, B.K.
The prosecution uploads N.B. by criminal acts: Misuse of economic authorisations, consistent fraud, legalisation of false content, purchase and conceal items obtained by criminal acts, and false statements.
The alleged actions include selling and changing real estate without the consent of the rightful owner, using forged documents in notary offices, defrauding investors and state institutions, and misusing authorisations provided for managing privatised lands.
The incident includes events that took place over the years, from 2012 to 2024, mainly in the city of Shtime, including notary offices on the “Tahir Sinan” road.
The prosecutor of the case has sought by the Court that after the trial and administration of evidence, the defendant is found guilty and convicted by law.
