But “Citizens” was quick and powerful. In the 38th minute, Bernardo Silva equated the figures after a beautiful combination with Ilkay Gundogan, bringing the match to 1:1.
In the second part, City continued dominant, and in the 67th minute it experienced a moment of tension, when Mateo Kovacic was punished with red card, leaving the team with one less player. But the numeric balance returned to 77th minute, when Kook of Bournemouth also took the red.
City took advantage of the moment and in the 89th minute, the Spanish midfielder, achieved a beautiful goal for 2:1. In the last seconds of extra time, Jebison scored for Bournemouth, but his goal did not change the fate of the match.
