In addition to this letter, I submit to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo report on the registration of the K0124/25 application, issued by MP Time Kadrijaj and ten (10) other deputies of the Republic of Kosovo Assembly, regarding the assessment of the constitutionality of the “decision date May 5th 2025 for failing to form the Secret Vote Commission for the election of Parliament Speaker of the Republic of Kosovo<1>.
Parliamentary deputies can present their comments in writing if they have linked to the high demand, not later than May 19, 20252”, says the letter./Periscopi/
