Lawyer Cadman: Nasim Haradinaj são indicted Special as Swedish citizen

Toby Cadman, Nasim Haradinaj's lawyer, has spoken of the complaint they have made to The Hague Special Court at the European Court for Human Rights.

He stressed that the complaint has not been submitted based on Haradinaj's Swedish citizenship.

Regardless of what citizenship you have, if you complain about violating rights within the territory of a member country, and in this case there is the Netherlands, the staff and employees of the Special Court are of all Council of Europe member states, that gives Mr. Haradinaj complains even without using Swedish citizenship”, Cadman said. /Periscope/
