Also, on the basis of the competent court's ordinance, there have been raids on two locations in Kosovo, where material evidence, including several phones, allegedly used by the suspect during the conduct of criminal work”, is said among other things in the report.

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, after conducting several months of investigation and applying specific investigative measures, has arrested an H.S. person today. Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo suspected of committing criminal work “Spy”, under Article 124 KPRK's.
The action and arrest have been held in co-operation with the Kosovo Police Directorate for Investigation of Organised Crime and Crime, as well as assistance from the Kosovo Agency for Intelligence.
Also, under the competent court's ordinance, raids have been conducted at two locations in Kosovo, where material evidence, including several phones, allegedly used by the suspect during the conduct of the criminal work.
The SPRK State Prosecutor has issued a 48-hour ban on suspects, and all necessary investigative actions for successful development of criminal procedure will be undertaken to the same.
