In a news release, police have suggested that six national transport and a Serbian license vehicle have been banned in the village of Gnjezdan in Leposaviqi.
Inside were food products, labor tools, and furniture worth 26 thousand euros.
“With the date of 21.05.2025, around 18:10, during a joint activity of Kosovo Police and KFOR police units, on the illegal road in the village of Gnjezdan, the municipality of Leposaviqi, six goods carriers and a Serbian license car loaded with various goods, with six of them citizens of Serbia and a citizen driver of the Republic of Kosovo.
Cars and loaded goods (food products, technical tools of labour, furniture etc.) whose overall value is estimated to be over 26,000 (six thousand) euros, have been handled by competent border units of the Regional Border-Vert Directorate under suspicion of smuggled goods or illegal trade, as well as for further procedures, the case will be handled by Kosovo Customs and Kosovo Tax Administration” It says away.
