The KMDLNj reaction says that the threats, although with vague content, “do not link with constitutional obligations that the president has”, hinting that possible motives may be political.

Human rights organisations raise the alarm for an increasing trend of use of threats as a political tool.

The last “, the cause of an explosion of interparty reports, has reinforced the threat as a means of achieving political goals”, said the KMDLNj response.

KMDLNj points out that in addition to political and public figures, the ongoing <x0-> target of attacks and threats are journalists”, while the sentences for these cases continue to be “the symbolic roughly”.

In her statement, KMDLNj strongly condemns the act against President Osmani and calls for immediate investigation.

“KMDLNj condemns the threat to President Osmani and urges police to handle this and cases similar to emergency in order to prevent more serious consequences. Kosovo police have sufficient professional capacity and successful experience in handling these cases, so it is expected that the threat will be arrested soon and will be placed in responsibility before law”, said at the end of the response. /Periscope/
