Through a Facebook post, Haradinaj said freedom in Kosovo is sacred and will live as long as they remain loyal to the shed blood.
On the occasion of May 5th, Witness Day of the Albanian Nation, I had the honor of being in Zahaq, Pec, at the inauguration of the Lapidar of Witnesses and Martyrs, where we honored the 138 martyrs of Peja and all those who fell for freedom and national dignity, on all the walls and stages of our history. The closer freedom approached, the greater the intensity of the war on the occupant. In the district of Istog, the warriors of the Liberation Army fought to self - sacrifice, striking the enemy's last blows. On that same date, May 5, 1999, the altar of freedom also fell on the Muharrem Vutj from Vrella, a warrior who possessed the highest values of bravery and love of homeland”.
This land is sacred and will live as long as we remain loyal to the shed blood. Heroism and sacrifice of the Nation's Witnesses will always be guides in our statehood and in strengthening the Albanian factor as guarantor of peace, stability and development in the region. Eternal glory to the fallen for freedom!” wrote the first AAK. /Periscope/
