By 2: 00 p.m., numerators across the country have counted 2307 ballot boxes from 5225 all over Albania.
According to official figures reported by the Central Election Commission, votes in each district translated into mandates provide a picture where the Socialist Party is far ahead with a number of mandates.
The Socialists thus far have 83 mandates, with the best outcome in Tirana, Fier, Durres and Elbasan.
On the other hand, the coalition led by the Democratic Party from its 51 mandates already has 50.
As for the new parties, Tom Doshi's PSD is the third political force in the 3-term Assembly, the coalition “Nisma Albania becomes” has 1 mandate, while the option party has 2 mandates and the Movement Co-ordination has a mandate.
