Drenica has succeeded in today's victory, to be proclaimed Group A champion in the First League, and thus to ensure a return to the Kosovo Superleague after two seasons of absence.
The team led by Bobbie Sokoli won a major victory over Istog at “Bajram Aliu”, with figures of 3-0.
The special part of this victory was the return to the Superleague. It was also marked by Adem Jashar's grandson, Igball Jashar.
Jashar's three goals sealed Drenica's return to Kosovo football elite as champion, being eight points ahead of Freedom in second place.
Drenica had dropped from the Superlea in the 2022-23 season, finishing in 10th place with 23 points out of 36 matches.
