According to English media, despite interest by Aston Villa and another unidentified Premier League team, De Bruyne has rejected both offers.

The 32-year-old mid-fielder, who has been a central figure in City's dominant era, has seen its recent seasons be interrupted by injuries.
Talks are now progressing with Naples, while Belgian is exploring a new chapter in his excellent career.
De Bruyne has reportedly only accepted a three-year bid worth 9m euros in the season.
