“Mayor Abdixhiku reaffirmed that political and institutional blockade is unacceptable, failure for the 23rd time in a row is the result of the winning party's inability to create functional parliamentary majority and that this impasse poses a serious risk to the welfare of citizens, institutional development of the country and the normal course of state processes. ”, Says the party announcement.
