The hearing continued with the introduction of the parties to the procedure, where prosecutor Hamiti stated that on the basis of the proposed evidence as in the indictment, hearing of witnesses and material evidence, it would be proven beyond the well-based suspicion that the accused committed the criminal act, which is placed on him.
On the other hand, the representative of the damaged side of the lawyer, Betim Shala, said he supports the prosecutor's opening word, stressing that the deceased's family also joins this prosecution. He said that during this trial process, they would submit property-juridic demands.
While the defender of the accused Nica, lawyer Drilon Imer, stated that the innocence of his defense would be proven during this trial, indicating the defence estimates the defendant will be acquitted as innocent.
In this hearing, the mother of the late M was heard in the quality of the witness. K-U, M. M-M., who confessed to the relationship her daughter now had with the accused Nica. She described the entire course of the event only by the communication she had over the phone with her daughter.
