In Serbia's KF incident, FSHF reacts sharply

The event occurred after the end of the challenge between KF Trnosci and the Mladic team, where, according to media footage published in the media and the club's own statement, Serbian police forces have entered the playing field and exercised physical violence against footballer Veton Zeqi, and have offended and threatened other members of the team. Then the police raided the dressing rooms, checking the players ' personal belongings.
In this case, the FSHF has been addressed with an official letter to the Serbian Football Federation (FFS), where it has expressed concern over the event and requested complete clarification.
We include our concern over a recent incident with the KF Trnoci team during the 6 April match held in the Presevo Valley...”, said the FSHF letter, stressing that such actions violate the spirit of fair play and the safety of participants in sports contests.
The Albanian Federation underlines that such events are alarming and that they create serious questions about team treatment standards and players in football activities, especially when preparing for U n EFA Euro U21 2027 is intensifying.
Following the letter, The FSHF calls on the Serbian Federation to take the necessary steps to ensure a safe and fair environment for all actors involved in football.
