After consulting with political parties, the constitutional sessions, interrupted four times over the past days, have been launched in an effort to forge Kosovo's Parliament, reports Periscope.
The Vetevendosje movement is firm in its stance that the only name will be Albulen Haxhiu, former Justice Minister.
Opposition parties have already confirmed that they will not vote for that name from VV).
