EU High Representative Kaya Kallas, today at the EU Council of Foreign Ministers meeting, to be held in Luxembourg, will inform about the process of Kosovo dialogue, Serbia, as well as the visit she had to Albania, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
