Berisha: The VV is preparing for extraordinary elections

According to him, failures for non-compliance of the Parliament are intentional.

In his account in “Facebook”, Berisha has written that this issue should be addressed to the Constitutional Court, reports Periscope.

The Constitutional Court has granted exclusive right to the party that the first sheep in the election, to propos and yoke the Speaker of the Parliament.
