American boxing icon Eric Eschchi caused concern to the fans of this sport after returning to the ring at 58 years of age and losing 90kg.
The renowned Butterbean was a former heavyweight champion in the IBA and retired in 2013 after a war against Kirk Lawton in Australia, when he also suffered an injury.
After completing his career, he added weight and in a moment weighed 233kg, after which he decided to submit to a transformation attributed to yoga exercise, a program launched by the former W wrestler WE, Diamond Dallas Page.
Eschch returned to the ring last weekend to fight Minoru Suzuki in Las Vegas. Suzuki beat him easily, and Butterbean fought physically throughout the match, Telegrafi reports Periscope.
He has also stressed that he has not weighed so much for 20 years and that he is satisfied with what he has done in the fight against Suzuki.
We add that 91 duels were held in his career, marking 77 victories, ten losses and 58 knockouts.
