Western Balkan leaders' meeting in Skopje postponed due to tragedy in Kocan

The meeting of Western Balkan leaders on the European Union's Growth Plan, which was scheduled to be held in northern Macedonia, is intended for an indefinite date.

What happened in northern Macedonia?
