Kurteshi addressed reporters with the terms “some of the media that have written everything, that's what I consider”.
In regard to this statement by Kurteshi, Chief Prosecutor Zejrullah Gashi told Clankosova that the case in question contains elements of the criminal act, broadcasts Periscope.
The case in question does not have elements of the Criminal Action, but rather is of civil law nature for lawsuits for insult and slander”, Gashi said.
