Thaci's visit, Hamza criticises Special: Needless and Unrighteous View

Candidate of The PDK for prime minister, Bedri Hamza, has commented on the way former President Hashim Thaci was allowed to visit his ailing father at KKUK under strict security measures after many demands.

Hamza misjudged the delay in allowing this visit and how the former head of State was treated.

With Mr Thaci, with President Thaci except for my work arrangements, I also have personal and family reports. Of course, these are also mixed shows because the positive side of this visit is seen in the fact that after many demands, you have the right to visit his sick father at QKUK. I've been visiting Daddy Hadji too, he's a good friend of mine. And that's the nice part. The other side presents something completely unnecessary. It's those images. It's all these delays to recognize a human right that visited his parent, not in good health. I am confident that beyond political differences, this view of this totally unnecessary and unreasonable approach is not the right one to need this case and does not deserve either president or Kosovo”, Hamza said at Debat Plus.

Thaci has come to Kosovo today for the third time since his arrest by the Special Court in The Hague in November 2020. The visit was allowed for humanitarian reasons, as his father is ill./Periscopi/
