A communique issued by Rubio is said to be U AID “has left the mission since one time, and as a result, the benefits have been very small and spending has been very high”, REL reports Periscope.

Rubio said earlier in the month that over 80 percent of all U.S. programsAID has only been suspended.
U nAID was known as the U.S. Government's main agency for managing foreign civil aid and development aid. It operated in over 100 countries, distributing relief supplies worth billions of dollars each year.
