Why and who is behind the request for Lumir Abdixhik's resignation?

Avdullah Hoti, Hykmete Bajrami, Arben Gashi, Driton Selmanaj and Rzazarta Krasniqi are just some of the high figures of the LDK, who have publicly come up with reactions expressing disappointment over the outcome of the diaspora vote and party leadership. Among the harshest reactions, was former Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, where he directly gave the blow to party chairman Lumir Abdixhik.

According to Hoti, some of the most pronounced problems have been the restructuring of the LDK, which he calls <x0-sensive”, as well as the distance from the past LDK.
“Our objective of the current leadership to make unnatural cuts, as well as distance from the glorious state-state past of LDK, despite the challenges of concessions during the trip of past leaders, have reduced the faith of the traditional LDK electorate”, Hoti wrote on Facebook.

Hoti also cited both the party's major and personalisation problem, citing the personalisation of the campaign, the composition of the list, the ranking of candidates on the list for MPs.

“Personalisation of the election campaign, the composition of the list, the ranking of candidates on the list, the presentation and media favouring of a close list of LDK candidates, as well as other issues ahead and during the campaign, have damaged the inner party cohesion, despite all of us efforts to overcome those discontent. The disproportional vote in the diaspora has further exacerbated and violated the colleague and collaborative atmosphere within the LDK”.

“The LDK needs a team approach leadership, which is inclusive, with clear centre-right political orientation, gathering around professionals and converting the LDK into the era of Kosovo's best professionals, such as LDK”, wrote Hoti among others.

The uprising within the LDK was created with what is considered vote-making within the party.

Already known about the Krasniqi-Thiri crash in Vushtrri.

About two weeks ago, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica ordered the recount of all polling centres in the municipality of Vushtrri.
The decision came in the wake of the LDK candidate for deputy's charges, Rzazarta Krasniqi, who has confirmed that votes have been misused in some centres, accusing her associate, Dzafer Tahiri, of involvement in the situation.

In this regard, Tahiri had pressed charges against Krasniqi, saying her brother has threatened and pressured the commissioners. But those charges were dismissed by MP Krasniqi.

On the other hand, for allegations of manipulation of votes within the party, one of the party's most vocal MPs, Hykmete Bajrami, has reacted.

Bajrami has agreed to investigate any doubt about who has manipulated the vote “is in prison”.

“Let each vote be recounted, let each suspicion be investigated, let everything be verified. We have institutions called for this job, so nobody should be afraid of recounting and investigating.

Any doubts should be quickly and decisively whiteened, since it alone strengthens the confidence and integrity of the election process. For the LDK, the will of the citizens is sacred and anyone who has attempted to divert it is in prison. We are all equal before the law.

Each member, each supporter, each voter must commit to defend the values of the LDK and restore it as the first political force, in service of all citizens of the country”, Bajrami wrote.

Arben Gashi has also charged manipulation of the diaspora vote, especially within the party.

“As it seems, the counting process at the Municipal Counting Centres has failed. This failure has also severely damaged confidence in the authenticity of the election result. For the sake of maintaining confidence in the democratic process, the CEC must decide on the recount of all votes at the Counting and Results Centre in Pristina.

Another phenomenon noted in these elections is mass manipulation with the diaspora vote. These votes, as it is seen, have been manipulated especially within political parties. Democracy, among other things, is also trust in the elected institutions. The country needs representative and reliable institutions”, wrote the LDK Gashi.

Even according to Driton Selmanaj, the outcome of the charter vote that has voted through mail has brought up organised schemes for massive manipulation of votes within political subjects.

“Recounting of votes throughout Kosovo and repeating the Wednesday vote, both diplomatic representations and voting through mail, is the only way that everyone's trust in this electoral process is restored.
“Sic is being seen so far, votes at the Municipal Centre of Numim have not been in safe hands, and the results therefore do not reflect the will of voters who have participated in the polls.

Even worse is the situation with the margin votes.

The voting process in diplomatic representations and the outcome of the Zrgata votes that have voted through mail have exposed organised schemes for massive manipulation of votes within political subjects”, Selmanaj wrote among other things.

In an interview given to Periscope, LDK deputy chairman Lutfi Haziri had also been asked about the five-hour LDK leadership meeting.

In the show "Reel Talk with Maxun", Haziri had stressed that the complaints of these top figures in the party -- “ -- are rightly” -- even Haziri himself says that “and I have been touched by the votes, I know that the majority has touched the vote”.

While, among other things, the same has not been answered by the question of whether, in the gathering held within the party, the resignation of President Lumir Abdixhiku has been sought. /Periscopi/
