This prosecutor's decision comes after LDK deputy candidate Rzazarta Krasniqi has charged there has been misuse of votes in some centres.
According to the Prosecutor's decision, which has been secured by Telegrafi, there is a suspicion there is that there has been manipulation of votes to help the other LDK candidate, Xhafer Tahiri.
Among other things, Krasniqi has stated that the commissioners were also Xhafer Tahiri's family members.
The prosecutor has ordered the recount to take place in Pristina.
Parliamentary elections are held on February 9th.
